ABOUT
I build the systems that let you stop being the bottleneck.

THE STORY
Why operations.
Throughout my professional journey, I have focused on the invisible architecture of organizations—the frameworks that support the output rather than the output itself. Every company I have collaborated with reached a critical tipping point where scaling outpaced the internal foundation. My mission has consistently been to bridge that divide.
I started Moldovan & Co. because that gap is where I do my best work, and because established service businesses — agencies, real estate teams, boutique professional practices — rarely have anyone dedicated to closing it. They have talented people doing the client-facing work, and a founder holding the rest together by memory. I build the part that's missing.
I work with one client relationship at a time, by design. Every engagement gets senior-level attention — mine, directly, not routed through account management or junior staff.
THE PROOF
Nine years, one system, 17x growth.
I built the operational infrastructure that took a restoration company from $375,000 to $6.5 million in revenue — starting from a whiteboard and a three-column spreadsheet, and ending with fifteen scattered platforms consolidated into four, accounts receivable brought from 90-plus days down to under 30, and an onboarding process where none had existed. That's the operator range I bring to every engagement, whether I'm building a system from nothing or making an existing one actually work.
CREDENTIALS & CAPABILITY
The full operator range.
I hold active certifications in AI-enhanced business tooling, and I use it throughout every engagement for faster documentation, more thorough system mapping, and more value per hour of work.
That range runs in both directions: I architect systems from scratch for businesses that have never had them, and I drop into existing systems to find what's not working and fix it without starting over.

WHY SOLO IS THE ADVANTAGE
No handoffs. No junior staff. No account management layer.
Every engagement gets my direct, senior-level attention — not a team, not a rotating point of contact. That's not a limitation of the business; it's the structure of it. You get the person who built the system, running the system, for as long as the engagement lasts.
